Insta Golf Shoes say they turn any of your shoes into a high performing Golf shoe. I was a bit  skeptical about that, and the actual performance I would have. When I received mine , I immediately had to try them on all of my different types of shoes. I put them on 3 different brands of sneakers, dress shoes, casual shoes, ok any shoe i could find in my closet. I wanted to do a few more little test of my own on the Insta Golf Shoe. I decided to take out the cleats. I went and grabbed my Ripper to take them out. First I did one without a shoe in, then I removed the second one that did have a shoe in it. They were both easy, but I found the one with the shoe in a little bit easier to remove them. The shoe in just gives a little more stability while removing cleats. Time to try installing my personal favorite Black Widow Tour Cleats. I did this the same way I did the removal . One had shoe in ,the other did not. Same result ,The one with the shoe in was a little easier to install. My cleats of choice fit like they came installed on Insta Golf Shoes. If you are like me ,you should have a very easy time swapping out worn out cleats with the cleats of your choice.

I have a question for you. How many of you reading this have left your Golf Shoes at home? Do you see me raising my hand? I happen to drive to a local Super Market and transfer my stuff to a friends car. No reason to drive far with two cars. The other day I got invited to a last minute tournament.
